Our family owned & operated business hires and trains our delivery specialist to be the best in the industry. Our delivery staff has a combined experience of over 70 years serving customers in New York. You can be confident knowing that all of our deliveries and pickups are performed by A-Verdi team members using company-owned equipment and trucks. Storage Container Delivery & Set Up Options
10′ or 20′ Storage Container Delivery
Both the 10′ and 20′ storage container or mobile office container will be delivered on our roll back truck. The A-Verdi tilt bed truck is a self-unloading process that requires no additional help or equipment from the customer. Our delivery specialist will back the storage unit to the spot that you want it placed; please see our ordering options below for door placement. At the time of delivery we require a minimum height clearance of 14’ and will need approximately 50′ of clear space in front of the unit.
40’ Storage Container Delivery
A 40′ storage container or mobile office container will be delivered on a full-sized tractor trailer roll back. The A-Verdi tilt bed tractor trailer is a self-unloading process that requires no additional help or equipment from the customer. Our delivery specialist will back the storage unit to the spot that you want it placed; please see our ordering options below for door placement. At the time of delivery we require a minimum height clearance of 14’ and will need approximately 80′ of clear space in front of the unit.
Ordering Options
When you place your order, our office staff will ask you how you want the storage unit placed at your site; this helps us determine how to load the unit for best placement. There are two options when loading your storage container.
Doors Off First
If you order Doors Off First “DOF”, the doors of the storage container will be facing the rear of the truck. (DOF is the best option when you want us to back into the spot and set the doors facing the building.)
Doors Off Last
If you order Doors Off Last “DOL” the doors of the container will face the cab or front of the truck. (DOL is the most common because you are able to back into the spot and set the unit and the doors are facing out and ready for use.)
Site Conditions
No special site preparation is required for our temporary storage or office units. The surface should be fairly level & firm. The unit can be placed on concrete, pavement, gravel, grass or even dirt as long as it is solid enough to drive onto. Our A-Verdi delivery specialist will place the unit on shims to help level the storage & office containers. It also protects the concrete & pavement from scratches.
