There are few better ways to celebrate Independence Day than camping with some friends/family, listening to your favorite music, and watching some breathtaking firework displays. Lucky for us, every year, Jam in the Valley brings a mixture of all three to one exciting weekend of entertainment. The Buffalo Hill Village Campgrounds, located just 30 minutes from the heart of Buffalo, plays host to this lively event. Plenty of local vendors fill the concert areas, providing top quality food and beverage for attendees. With big names in country music like The Hootz and Ricky Lee taking the stage, it’s easy to see why this event is quickly becoming one of the biggest parties of the summer in Western New York. The celebration is capped off with one of the largest fireworks displays around, which is sure to send you home with a ringing in your ear and a smile on your face.
This year it was our pleasure to lend a hand to the festivities by providing storage containers to house equipment for the event. We here at A-Verdi think one of the most important things you can do as a local business is give back to the community that helped you grow. That’s why when we were asked to lend a hand for this year’s Jam in the Valley we did not hesitate. Jam in the Valley has used proceeds in the past make charitable donations to noble causes like local volunteer fire departments, the SPCA, the YMCA, and the Special Olympics, mirroring our core value of helping the community around us. Being able to sponsor local organizations like this, who see the importance of giving back, is the one of the most rewarding parts of our job.
Jam in the Valley is always a great time whether you’re looking to bring the kids to one of the best fireworks displays around or to let loose with some friends at one of the concerts. This year did not disappoint. We had a blast and can’t wait to see you there next year!
