Nationals 1 and FeatureIf you consider yourself a New York gearhead, then we’re sure you’ve been to the Syracuse Nationals. With cars from 34 US states and 6 Canadian provinces, it has become the biggest car show in Upstate New York. In fact, 8000 cars, 450 vendors and 100,000 people come together to make it the largest classic car show in the northeast. They feature classic cars and a huge variety of entertainment, ranging from car build offs to live music, making sure you’ll never have a dull moment whether you come for a day or the whole weekend. If you love cars this is an event you can’t afford to miss.

If you’ve never seen the show take a look at this video that’ll help you understand just how big of an event this really is.

Since 2000, the Syracuse Nationals have managed to raise $918,000 dollars in charitable donations. Just last year the event raised $92,000 that was donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central New York which helps families who have a love one hospital ridden with a serious illness. This year the Nationals are looking to push past the one million dollar mark which would be a sizable accomplishment for the organization, finally reaching a long-term goal 16 years in the making. To hit the mark they would have to nearly match last year’s donation total which is no small task as last year’s event was the largest yet; so get out there and show your support.

This year we are looking to do our part to help the Syracuse Nationals hit their goal by providing free storage containers which will house equipment for the show. We are proud to help a local organization like this that puts the community first. Every year the show out does itself so if you have any interest in cars we suggest heading out and giving it a look. Here at A-Verdi we are always looking to be part of many great things so being part of this historic charitable accomplishment would be an honor for us. We wish them the best of luck and can’t wait for the show!
